2019 Cancer Survivorship Conference
The 14th annual Cancer Survivorship Conference is set for May 11, 2019 in a brand new location! It will be held at the Minnesota Masonic Heritage Center in Bloomington Minnesota. The conference will focus on maintaining wellness, while exploring the issues survivors and their families often face after cancer treatment or following blood and marrow transplantation. As a survivor, you and your support system will learn how to better advocate for your health and lead a full and productive life.
Who should attend?
Those with a cancer diagnosis in childhood and adulthood currently ages 16 and older, parents, spouses, healthcare professionals, school administrators, and social workers can benefit from this beneficial complimentary conference. Registration is required, complimentary breakfast and lunch is served. To reserve your seat, registration is online at z.umn.edu/survivorship2019 or call 612-624-2620.
My dear friend Alice Shapiro will be speaking on Nutrition, Healthy Eating and Exercise to Improve Quality of Life. She is one of the many great speakers at this jam-packed informational event.
